Objectives: Identify potential agricultural technologies that can be applied given set of climatic conditions, recognise the role and importance of agricultural technologies, availability and accessibility to poor farmers and smallholders in improving their socioeconomic conditions, understand the mechanics and application of DREAM Model in research ,and strengthen the capacity of national research partners in DREAM modeling.
