Community benefits from CRISP Assistance

Rara community in Ngella, central province took delivery of a foot bridge  from CRISP under the ministry of Environment Climate Change Disaster Management and Meteorology.

Permanent Secretary for MECDM Dr Melchior Mataki in handing over the bridge said  of the 5000 plus villages in country the people of Rara village are previldged to be recipients of such a project. He therefore urged them to look after  it for their benefit and those of the surrounding communities.

Speaking on behalf of the people of Rara village their  Ward member  thanked the Ministry and the central provincial Government for  the timely assistance to address the needs of his people especially the children of the village
